How long does my order take to ship?

Originals ship within 5 to 7 business days, carefully wrapped and boxed to protect the painting. Prints ship within 3 to 5 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes. International shipping is available, and rates are calculated at checkout. Customs fees or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

What is your return policy? 

All sales are final, including originals, prints, and commissions. If your order arrives damaged, please email jtpalette07@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. Eligible orders will receive a repair, replacement, or refund.
